Banking as we know it has been around for
the past 500 years. In that time little has changed in the way banks operate or service their
clients. We set out in 2008 during the Global Financial Crisis to provide a fast, flexible and
secure digital banking and investment alternative to protect and grow our members wealth.
Being
a Building Society we are owned and operated by our members for our members benefit. This allows
members to collectively manage and leverage their discretionary funds at reduced costs compared to
similar services provided through alternative models. Further, we can confidently give access to and
leverage our extensive global network of contacts to further add value to our members and clients.

the cybersecurity threats we face every day.
Regulation and Compliance
Alliant Perpetual is a registered Building Society in New Zealand (Entity Number: 2119022) under the Building Societies Act 1965 and is subject to the laws of New Zealand.
We currently provide services to wholesale and sophisticated investors
only and do not deal with retail clients.
Any future offers made to investors are only available to, and may only be accepted by, a
Wholesale Investor (in terms of clause 3(2) and 3(3)(b)(i)
or (ii) of Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013) who has completed a Wholesale
Investor Certification.
According to the FMA the Financial Services Providers Act does not apply to the services
provided
by Alliant Perpetual to offshore clients.
